How information is handled
ZerGo Electric, the customer-facing name of ZERGO ELECTRIC LLC, collects information you voluntarily provide in service inquiries, calls, SMS/MMS messages and website forms. This may include name, phone number, email, service address, project details, photos, conversation notes and SMS consent or opt-out records.
Purpose
We use this information to respond to your request, retain relevant customer context, coordinate requested service, prepare estimates and record authorized follow-up. We do not use purchased contact lists for Slater messages.
SMS privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
Storage and service providers
Website requests and attachments are securely stored and may be processed by our hosting, email and existing Slater operational systems so ZerGo Electric can review and respond. This does not authorize sharing SMS consent or personal information for third-party marketing.
